Jeep has dominated the SUV market for decades with its high-performance and off-road-capable vehicles. In recent years, the brand has expanded its range to include electric and hybrid SUVs that cater to the growing demand for environmentally friendly and fuel-efficient cars. The Jeep Avenger is the latest addition to the Jeep family. It has already made a big impact in the automotive world, winning Italy's prestigious Car of the Year 2023 title.
Designed and built with the European market in mind, the Jeep Avenger is a compact SUV that encapsulates the brand's DNA in a smaller package. It offers an impressive range of up to 400 km in the WLTP cycle, over 550 km in the city for the fully electric version, and 30 km of autonomy in just three minutes of charging. The Jeep Avenger is also available in Italy with a 1200 cm3 petrol engine that guarantees a sprint from 0 to 100 km/h in 10.6 seconds and a level of CO2 emissions below 130 g/km.
The Avenger's design is functional and focused on protecting the vehicle from low-speed impacts. It features protected headlights, front and rear skid plates, and plastic trims surrounding the bodywork and elevating areas where damage is most likely to occur. The underbody plates on the front and rear bumpers are molded in batch-dyed polymer material, ensuring that any scratches won't affect the vehicle's appearance. The Avenger's compact dimensions, at 4.08 meters, make it the most compact Jeep SUV ever while still offering typical Jeep performance and off-road potential.
